How to Check Your Deposit History and Arrival Status on Binance

2026-03-26 · 12 min read
How to view deposit records and arrival status on the Binance APP and website.

You just sent some crypto to Binance and want to confirm whether it has arrived. Or maybe you need to review the past few months of deposit records for reconciliation. Binance offers a detailed deposit history feature that takes just a few steps. If you don't have a Binance account yet, register on Binance to get started.

Checking on the APP

Via the Wallet Section

Download the Binance APP and log in. Tap "Funds" or "Wallet" in the bottom navigation bar to enter the wallet overview. Find the "History" button (usually an icon with a clock or list) and tap it.

On the history page, switch to the "Deposit" tab. All your deposit records are listed here in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top.

Information Shown in Each Record

Each record includes the following key details:

  • Coin: The deposited token name, such as USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.
  • Amount: The actual credited quantity
  • Network: The blockchain network used, such as TRC20, ERC20, Bitcoin, etc.
  • Status: The current processing status
  • Time: When the deposit was initiated and when it was credited
  • TxID: The blockchain transaction hash — tap to jump to the blockchain explorer

Deposit Status Meanings

  • Pending: Transaction detected, waiting for block confirmations
  • Confirming (X/Y): Block confirmation in progress, X is current confirmations, Y is required confirmations
  • Completed: Deposit successful, funds have been credited
  • Failed: Deposit failed (extremely rare)

Filtering and Searching

The deposit history page supports filtering by coin and time range. If you have many records, use the filter to quickly find a specific deposit.

Checking on the Website

Log in to the official Binance website at binance.com, click the wallet icon in the top right, and select "Transaction History" or "Deposit History." The web version has more complete features, including:

  • Multi-dimensional filtering by coin, status, and time range
  • CSV file export (useful for reconciliation or tax filing)
  • More detailed transaction information
  • Bulk viewing of large historical records

For systematic reconciliation or data export, the web version is recommended.

What to Do If You Can't Find Your Deposit Record

Scenario 1: Just Sent, Not Yet Broadcast

If you just submitted a withdrawal on the sending platform, the transaction may still be in the sending platform's internal processing and hasn't been broadcast to the blockchain. Binance can't detect the transaction yet, so naturally no record appears. Wait a few minutes for the sending platform to finish processing.

Scenario 2: Wrong Coin or Network Filter

If you're looking for a USDT deposit record under the BTC tab, of course you won't find it. Confirm that your filter matches the actual coin you deposited.

Scenario 3: Wrong Address

If the deposit address was entered incorrectly (sent to someone else's address or a nonexistent address), Binance won't detect any transaction to your address. Check the blockchain explorer to verify which address the transaction was actually sent to.

Scenario 4: Deposited to the Wrong Account

If you have multiple Binance accounts, confirm you're logged into the right one. Deposit addresses are unique to each account.

Using Deposit Records to Troubleshoot Issues

When a deposit is abnormal, your deposit history is your first source of information.

Deposit Pending Too Long

Tap the transaction in the history to view details and check the confirmation progress. If the confirmation count is increasing, everything is normal — just wait. If the count hasn't changed for a long time, there may be a blockchain network issue.

Arrival Amount Is Wrong

Compare the amount shown in the deposit record with the amount you sent. If the difference matches the sending platform's withdrawal fee, that's normal. If the discrepancy is unusual, contact support.

Deposit Succeeded but Balance Didn't Change

First refresh the APP. If it still doesn't match, check whether the funds went to the correct account type (spot account, funding account, etc.). Sometimes a manual transfer between accounts is needed to see the balance on a specific page.

Can Deposit Records Be Deleted?

No. Binance deposit records are permanently saved and cannot be deleted or modified. This is necessary for transaction auditing and security tracing. You can rely on these records for reconciliation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Long Are Deposit Records Kept?

No. C2C purchase records are in the "Orders" page or the C2C trading history section. On-chain deposit records and C2C purchase records are separate.

Can I Export Deposit Records?

What Time Zone Do the Deposit Records Show?

Binance defaults to UTC+8. You can switch the time zone in settings.

Safety Reminder

Regularly checking your deposit history is a good habit that helps you spot unusual credits or unauthorized activity early. If you see any deposit record you did not initiate, immediately change your password and contact support. Ensuring account security is a prerequisite for using any exchange.
